ESB.NET 5.1.0.0 Released

This build supports Microsoft WSE 3.0.

Key changes as a result are:

• MTOM rather than DIME attachments
• Increased WS-* compliance
• Default policies and private/internal certificates available upon request for development/testing.

Note that ESB.NET services remain unchanged as a result of the WSE version change.

Also, if you are using the ESB.NET client side components, your client code will also remain unchanged.
